My approach to business was shaped long before I entered the title industry. My love for serving people comes from somewhere very personal. Having been raised in a family of restauranteurs, I learned from an early age that exceptional service is an art. You learn to notice the details, anticipate what people need, remember the little things, and understand that how you make someone feel can be just as important as the product you deliver.  Those same principals are at the heart of how we approach every transaction.
